Mr. Sidhant Dhingra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with major in finance from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, United States of America and Bachelor’s in Law.
He has been practicing as an advocate in New Delhi and has exposure in criminal law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Corporate Laws, Arbitration and Conciliation, Civil Laws, Employee State Insurance and Provident Fund matters, Industrial Disputes Act 1947, MSME Act 2006, etc.
Mr. Sidhant actively advises a large scale garment exporter by the name of Orient Craft Limited. He was instrumental in relaunching Akai Electronic Japan, KFC brand back into the country. Due to his blend of academics and work experience, he has been successful in offering the most practical and commercially viable solutions to his clients.
