Rahul holds an integrated bachelor’s degree in law from Indraprastha University, New Delhi and has been practicing as an Advocate.
Rahul has experience in handling Corporate and Insolvency matters, and apart from that he has handled civil disputes, commercial disputes and criminal cases.
Rahul is extensively involved with handling high profile corporate clients and catering to their requirements with respect to commercial, corporate, civil and insolvency disputes. His experience includes advising clients on matters related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, real estate laws, Property laws, Banking laws, Contract laws. Rahul has experience in drafting and vetting commercial contracts.
