Devina is an Advocate by profession enrolled with the Bar Council of India. She has completed her integrated law degree from Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida. She have an experience in multiple domains such as corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy law, white collar crime and arbitration law.
Devina have experience in White Collar Litigation as well as Arbitration proceeding, Corporate and Insolvency Litigation. In a short stint of professional exposure and learning Devina have had the opportunity to handle a diverse range of cases under different domains of law. The cases, including managing companies in liquidation, companies law disputes along with dealing with huge transactional disputes, arbitration proceedings and criminal laws.
Devina mainly practices in Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and various district courts.
In addition to her litigation experience, Devina have also worked on a number of research papers and published them in prestigious journals.
