Deepika is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a competent professional with about 3 years of post qualification experience as Company Secretary with expertise in Company Law, Corporate Restructuring, FEMA, IBC , SEBI, RBI and other corporate laws. She is also pursuing her bachelors of law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
She has specialization in handling assignments of company law such as company incorporation, mergers, amalgamations, voluntary liquidations, fund raising and insolvency laws. She mainly practices in National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal along with appearances before Reserve Bank of India, Regional Directors and Registrar of Companies.
