Ms. Akanksha Mathur holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi with specialisation in international commercial laws.
She has been key asset to our firm and actively assists in corporate and commercial litigation along with arbitration disputes handled by the firm.
Akanksha has been practicing as an advocate in New Delhi and has experience in handling corporate and commercial disputes before courts and tribunals all over India, and has also assisted in several high stake arbitrations.
As a representative of the National Company Law Tribunal & Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Akanksha handles several matters preferred on behalf of the Bar Organisation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Delhi High Court and works tirelessly for the benefit of the members of the Bar Association.
