Profile brief

Zeba is a Company Secretary and graduated in Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University. She is also pursuing the LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. She has great command on the multiple facets of Secretarial Advisory and other corporate and commercial law allied matters. She is actively serving with the Project Saksham 3.0 organized by the Naks Foundation (NGO) and the Women Development Cell of Hansraj Collage.

Additionally, she is well-versed in filing the e-form(s) with Registrar of Companies, voluntary liquidation, restoration of name of company, opinion on various law(s) and general corporate advisory matters. As a part of her practice, she also assists counsels in various hearings before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and National Company Law Tribunal in matters related to Companies Act, 2013 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
