He has worked in-house with Oriana Power Limited, providing legal and transactional support across EPC and O&M projects, and has developed strong expertise in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and legal due diligence across both corporate
and litigation practice.

He has provided legal and advisory support on EPC and O&M projects, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and contract negotiations. His work further spans arbitration, company law, regulatory compliance, property laws, and governance matters, supported by strong exposure to drafting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
He has gained experience through exposure to matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, and various district courts, along with proceedings involving regulatory and corporate authorities.
