During his career at PwC, his prime role involved advising companies on IFRS and Ind AS accounting issues, GAAP conversionn projects, tax accounting advisory projects and Capital Market projects such as Initial Public Offerings, SEC Filings and SEBI Regulations. He has work experience on assignments for automotive ancillaries, mining, oil and gas, fertilizers and chemicals, retail, telecom, information technology, media, manufacturing and healthcare companies, etc. He has actively managed SEC filing project of one of a leading oil and gas company and a mining company. Additionally, he has managed engagements pertaining to GAAP conversion and preparation of IFRS/ Ind AS financial statements for the leading companies in automotive ancillary manufacturing, mining company, fertilizer and chemicals, information technology, manufacturing, retail and service industry.

In his prior experience outside PwC, he was working with EXL Service (Risk and Financial Management), where he was involved in consolidation, transfer pricing and other tax reporting matters related to clients engaged in Insurance business, under US GAAP.
